PAN Nodes are completely autonomous, and in general consist of at least 7 people who meet regularly on the Crystal Tone of every wavespell - who meet to create Time is Art on Earth and create the New Time by making, teaching and giving away 13 Moon Calendars, creative Law of Time workshops, Rainbow Bridge Meditations and Time is Art Celebrations. The Major unifying point for all PAN Nodes is the yearly Day out of Time celebrations - it is up to the PAN Nodes to create Day out of Time celebrations in their area, and to turn Planet Earth into one harmonious piece of Cosmic Art!
